Ghost Sighting??

I was with my girlfriend one night and we decided to take a few night shots of a certain place. It wasn’t that late a night… Only about 9pm. We were there for about half an hour or so when we heard somebody crying softly below. I looked down from the bridge, where we were standing and we both saw a lady walking alone sobbing. So we thought to ourselves, she’s probably having a fight with her boyfriend on the phone or something cos her right hand was up as if she’s holding a phone. We kept quiet as we did not want to startle her with our presence. After she passed, we continued doing our thing. I was sitting on the bridge behind her and she was trying out my camera.

Another 15 mins passed when suddenly the lady from below was on the other end of the bridge walking towards us. I noticed that she doesn ‘t look local (that’s what I remembered correctly). She had already stopped crying then. She walked past us as usual and we didn’t think much about it. Although we did asked each other on why whould a lady be alone in such a dark and deserted park. We brushed it off lightly and didn’t think much of it afterwards. Later on, my phone rang and we went off to meet Jaz nearby.

A few days later, I transferred the  pictures as usual before taking the next set. About a month later, I was scrutinising the pictures my friend took when I noticed something weird…. a mystery until today…. It was a shocker… I double and triple confirmed it with many friends and they agreed with me. There was indeed something out there. I even showed my friend, the one who took the picture and she was shocked herself. Some say it’s “Kakak” but I personally think it’s “Gula-gula aka Pocong”. I have not done anything to the picture and this comes straight from the camera, I swear! Except for the watermark of course.. Sorry if it bothers you… but I have to. But I must say, many of you westerners may not believe and may think it’s light or something. And before you say anything, I would just like to say, “To each his own..“. It’s really up to your beliefs. I just wanna share my experience that’s all…

I’m even including 2 pictures for you to compare.. So, enjoy zooming in on the picture and scrutinising it.. ;)

For whom it may concern, please do not steal the picture and put this on some other sites without my permission.
Thank you!

* This place is called the Canopy Walk, a 280-metre long boardwalk that links Kent Ridge Park to the “Reflections at Bukit Chandu” museum. Kent Ridge Park was used as a fortress by the British army during the World War IIin February 1942. The Malay Regiment led by Lt Adnan fought in one of the last battles in Singapore at Bukit Chandu. Unfortunately the battle was lost and most of the soldiers were killed. The Japanese soldiers caught the wounded Lt Adnan himself, tied him to a tree and gunned him to death.

    Wow, very cool, I do believe in the paranormal, there are things out there that we can’t explain away.

  17. Cashmere Says:

    @Makingmoney
    I totally understand why you are confused. It’s actually their name in our language.. ;P
    I can translate for you though.. Correct me if I’m wrong people..
    Pontianak = lady vampire, Pocong = Living Corpse
    And yeah, we were happily snapping away without realising it until I looked at the pictures a month later.

    @Xgenesis007
    I don’t think it’s lights cos I zoomed in on both pictures and on the thing.. There’s really something there.
    Y don’t u try to zoom in on it? You have to save the picture to zoom in properly though.
    Cos you won’t be able to fully zoom through here.. But seriously, it’s really up to individuals to believe.. :)

    @Hugo & Roxanne
    LOL! Thanks… It’s not really a pretty park.. lol! :)
    Never been there in the day though..

    @Bob
    I do agree with you.. There are just some things in this world that we cannot explain..

    I have never seen “hantu” personally and they had better not appear in front of me because I’m so going to strangle them :P
